How reports work
1
Pick a report
Reports opens as a catalogue grouped by subject — team, time, work
items, financial, executive. It only lists reports you have access to, so
anything you can see, you can run.
2
Set the filters
Most reports take a date range. Some don’t — workload always scores the
last seven days, and the executive summary is a snapshot of right now — so
those show no period filter rather than one that does nothing.
3
Run it
Nothing is calculated until you press Run report. Change a filter and
press Update to re-run without leaving the page.
4
Read it, then export it
Headline figures sit above the table. Export CSV downloads exactly the
rows and columns you’re looking at, including which view you chose.
Summary and detail
Totals tell you how much. They can’t tell you which ones. Reports that can show their working have a Summary / Detail switch:Expanding a row
In Utilisation → Detail, click any row to see the work items behind that person’s hours on that project — hours, billable split, how many separate sessions, and when each was last worked on.A detail table returns up to 1,000 rows. If a report hits that limit it says
so — narrow the date range to see the rest.

Executive
Financial reports depend on the Budgets module and on rates being set for
your people. Workload and the executive summary depend on Analytics. All
four are visible to owners and admins only.
Overview dashboard
The previous combined view — delivery, time, and money charts on one page — is still available as Overview dashboard, linked from the bottom of the catalogue. Use it when you want the whole picture at once rather than one question answered. It’s also where these currently live:Throughput over time
What completed, week by week.
By assignee
Who is carrying what, and where work is concentrated.
Blocker radar
Work blocked by other work, and what it’s waiting on.
Delivery confidence
A score per project from real signals — overdue work, blockers, and
movement — captured daily so you can see it trending, not just today.
Client invoice
Client invoice builds unbilled time for one client over a date range, ready to review before you bill it. It keeps its own page because it ends in an invoice rather than an export.SLA compliance
Where SLA Management is on, each project’s Reports tab shows response and resolution breach rates, open breaches, and average resolution time. See SLA Management.Reports that go to clients
AI client reporter
AI client reporter
Drafts a status report from what actually happened — work completed,
what’s next, and risks — for you to review and edit before anything is
sent. It never sends on its own.
